Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance payment is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final invoice balance.
Your date is not confirmed until Tiny Treasures confirms availability.
Advance payments are non-refundable
When you pay an advance, you acknowledge and agree that the advance payment is non-refundable. It is applied in full toward your final invoice balance once your booking is confirmed.
Paying an advance does not confirm your date. Tiny Treasures reviews each request and confirms availability in writing. If we are unable to take your booking after you have paid, we will refund that advance.
Remaining balance
- —Your total estimate, advance paid and remaining balance are shown at checkout and in your receipt.
- —The remaining balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation.
- —The remaining balance is subject to final confirmation of event details and availability.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- —If you cancel, the advance payment is not refunded, as it secures our commitment and time.
- —Rescheduling is accommodated where possible, subject to availability; a paid advance may be applied to a new agreed date at our discretion.
- —Any balance already paid beyond the advance may be refundable depending on costs already incurred — contact us to discuss.
If we cancel
In the rare event Tiny Treasures must cancel due to circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the advance, or the option to reschedule.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund applies, it is returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
