Submitting an inquiry or paying an advance does not guarantee or confirm a booking. Your date is not confirmed until Tiny Treasures confirms availability in writing after reviewing your request. We do not display live availability.

Prices shown by the calculator are estimates based on your selections. The final amount is confirmed by us in writing and may change if the scope (hours, add-ons, location, dates) changes.

• —An advance secures our intent to hold your date once availability is confirmed.
• —The advance payment is non-refundable and is applied toward your final invoice balance.
• —The remaining balance is due as agreed in your booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tiny Treasures retains copyright in all images and may use selected images for portfolio, website and social media promotion. You receive a personal-use license to the delivered images. Commercial usage may require a separate license.

Sneak-peek previews and final galleries are delivered within the timeframe communicated for your package. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
